EbusinessBPO Inc., a BPO/call center company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to telecommute from their home. Some travel is required.
We are looking to add experienced sales executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new Call Center/BPO/KPO Opportunities for the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Be a key member of the global sales team responsible for driving business around the globe.
Develop strategies & business plans for penetrating new accounts by identifying market drivers.
Make an immediate impact in the sales organization by utilizing your contacts. Network within the assigned vertical space.
Understand and be able to communicate company solutions, services, capabilities, and target market characteristics.
Engage new prospects.
Leverage internal resources. Work with the global organization to determine investment/supplemental opportunities.
-Work with global teams to identify operational requirements for delivery. Offer proactive solutions.
-Work hand-in-hand with implementation and hold regular "pulse"checks with the client to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
3-5 years demonstrated sales experience in the call center/BPO space.
