These positions will require 40 hours per week and employees will be paid twice monthly by either Xoom or PayPal.

-Must speak English.

- Must have access to high-speed Internet, computer and design software.

- Must be able to communicate daily with employer via video Skype or iChat at beginning of each shift.

- Must be able to meet deadlines that will be created each day.

- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.

- Update current web sites.

- Prepare e-mail newsletters.

- Create Wordpress templates.

- Install social bookmarking widgets to articles like Facebook's  'Like' option on articles.

 - Must be able to produce valid XHTML, CSS Cross Browser, support IE6-8, Firefox and Safari.

- AJAX, PHP, Flash and Joomla a plus.

 I would prefer people that can work Tue-Sat set hours but this is not mandatory.

We will typically be working on sites for small businesses (usually 3-5 pages per site).  After the first two months of work and individual employees are able to complete at least two 5-page sites per week bonuses of $100 US Dollars will be given for each site created thereafter weekly.

Candidates don't need an actual resume yet can submit if desired. (I am a part-time graphic designer myself and your portfolio is what'll impress me.) I will require applicants to complete a small project with a deadline in order to get this job as a part of the application process.
